RECOGNISE: Reject Workplace Bullying

Service Description

RECOGNISE is a program to empower individuals to be able to RECOGNISE potential workplace bullying early and distinguish from other problematic situations. It occurs over 4 weekly sessions. Each session is 2.5 hours. Session 1: Deeply explore why it is hard to RECOGNISE WPB at all let alone early. Then we'll explore a Functional definition to enable early recognition. Session 2: Grasp understanding of the related Transitions, socially and personally before considering the importance of System and Self Respect to empower the transition. Session 3: Revealing and embrace the different situations that need to be distinguished and worked with effectively when RECOGNISING potential workplace bullying early. Session 4: Putting it all together: we'll address skills and develop a plan of action for early RECOGNITION of potential WPB so you have a solid foundation to move forward with.
